About Me:

Hi, I’m Tal—a mother of a three-year-old, currently pregnant with my second child, and a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher( Level  2)

 

I was a three-time Israeli surfing champion, and my body has been through a lot. Thanks to Iyengar Yoga, I live pain-free despite past injuries.

 

I’ve been teaching for twelve years, guiding hundreds of students, and now I’m here to help you practice safely and effectively at home—building strength, balance, and confidence every step of the way.

Here’s a little secret:

Since the pandemic, and especially since becoming a mom, I don’t have time to get to the studio. I practice mostly at home, even with my teacher, Lois Steinberg.

Home practice gives me the freedom to practice whenever I want sometimes with my little one climbing on me, with background noise, or even in the middle of a little chaos. I can move at my own pace and truly focus on strengthening both physically and mentally.

 

Practicing at home doesn’t just build strength—it teaches you how to take care of yourself, maintain a healthy routine, and stay consistent. Many of my students have shared that home practice changed their lives:

"It gave me more time for myself," "encouraged my family to join in the classes," and created a sense of calm even in the busiest households. Some practice with their kids, some with their partners, and everyone finds a rhythm that works for them.
