About me:
Hi, I’m Tal - a mother of a three-year-old, currently pregnant with my second child, and a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher( Level 2)
I was a three-time Israeli surfing champion, and my body has been through a lot. Thanks to Iyengar Yoga, I live pain-free despite past injuries.
For the past twelve years, I’ve been teaching yoga and guiding hundreds of students to move with awareness, strength, and confidence.
I’m also a doula, supporting women throughout pregnancy and birth — physically, mentally, and emotionally — through yoga, breath, and mindful preparation.
Having gone through two pregnancies myself, I deeply understand the changes, challenges, and beauty of this journey. My lifelong work with the body allows me to help you connect with yours — safely, gently, and with wisdom — every step of the way.
Here’s a little secret:
Since the pandemic, and especially since becoming a mom, I don’t have time to get to the studio. I practice mostly at home, even with my teacher, Lois Steinberg.
Home practice gives me the freedom to practice whenever I want - sometimes with my little one climbing on me, with background noise, or even in the middle of a little chaos. I can move at my own pace and truly focus on strengthening both physically and mentally.
Practicing at home doesn’t just build strength - it teaches you how to take care of yourself, maintain a healthy routine, and stay consistent. Many of my students have shared that home practice changed their lives:
"It gave me more time for myself," "encouraged my family to join in the classes," and created a sense of calm even in the busiest households. Some practice with their kids, some with their partners, and everyone finds a rhythm that works for them.
